CONSTRUCTION, EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER

Experienced Project Manager immediately required to run a £5m, new build recreational project in Roehampton. Contract duration October 26 – November 27.

We are a well-established, boutique Design and Build SME Company based in Kensington.

The role as Project Manager will entail being responsible for delivering this project to a successful completion, working with two senior PMs, offering support as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project delivery, from final Design Development, Subcontractor Selection, Project Staff / Site Management, Client Liaison and Handover. You will be key in ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality.

To qualify… You should have good experience of Project Management / Coordination and Project Delivery:

Candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in Project Management roles in the construction sector.
• Experience with a range of public and private sector clients.
• Experience with new builds & refurbishments.
• Experience of delivering projects on time and to budget.
• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to problem solve with a logical and practical mind.
• A flexible approach, high motivation and are reliability.
