About the Role
We are seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Demi Chef de Parties are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.
Our ideal Demi Chef de Partie demonstrates:
- Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, in a highly dynamic restaurant
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
- A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
