Role Overview

We are looking for an Enterprise Project Manager with a strong focus on delivering strategic business growth initiatives across SSC's global footprint. This role is critical in supporting the expansion of the organisation through the planning and delivery of new operational sites, including servicing facilities, manufacturing locations, business operations centres, and other strategic investments.

Working within a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, operational leaders, facilities teams, and external partners to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, and drive successful outcomes.

This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone with hands-on project management experience in business transformation, operational expansion, facilities development, site establishment, manufacturing, or enterprise change programmes.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead the planning and delivery of strategic growth and expansion projects, ensuring performance against scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate project plans, reporting, and governance artefacts, providing clear and timely updates on progress, risks, issues, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across business functions including Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work with planning and project controls teams to ensure accurate resource forecasting, milestone tracking, and delivery assurance.
• Support business growth initiatives by establishing project structures, governance frameworks, and delivery processes for new locations and operational capabilities.
  
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives, project priorities, and delivery outcomes.
• Support the implementation of project controls, including schedule management, cost tracking, risk management, and benefits realisation.
• Identify project risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies and recovery plans in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of new site establishment projects, including servicing facilities, manufacturing operations, business management centres, and other operational locations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• Proven experience delivering complex business expansion, operational growth, facilities, manufacturing, or enterprise transformation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business disciplines and geographical locations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and reporting processes.

Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with UK National security clearance required for certain roles.*
