- Salary: £32,000 basic per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS — enjoy your work-life balance!)

- Key Tasks: Front-of-house customer check-ins, booking in repairs & MOTs, creating job sheets, liaising between customers and workshop technicians, processing payments, and updating vehicle records

Role Overview Seeking an organized, personable Service Advisor / Garage Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As the friendly face and voice of our garage, you will manage incoming customer inquiries, handle bookings, liaise directly with our workshop technicians, and ensure every driver enjoys a smooth, transparent service experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Customer Service role (garage/dealership setting preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Solid computer literacy (experience using garage management software is a major plus).
- Ability to multitask, manage job sheets, and liaise clearly between workshop staff and customers.
- Full UK driving licence preferred, but not essential.

- Base: Waterlooville area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically situated directly off the A3(M) and close to the A27, providing quick and effortless commutes across Hampshire.
- Public Transport: Excellent local links with regular regional bus routes stopping nearby and direct connection routes from Havant mainline train station.
- Commutable From: Waterlooville, Portsmouth, Havant, Denmead, Purbrook, Horndean, Fareham, and Petersfield.
