We’re now looking for a passionate Head Host/Hostess to join our team!
Your Mission
As part of the Big Mamma Floor team, your mission will be to:
Greet and seat guests, allocate tables and accommodate walk-ins
Master our bookings system and ensure every enquiry is managed efficiently
Solve problems proactively when bookings or service don’t go as planned
Work closely with the Reception Supervisor and support onboarding and training the host team
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor
Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude
About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
Big smile and passion for Italian food
High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of online booking systems (SevenRooms is a bonus)
Previous experience as a Head Host/Hostess in a busy restaurant
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
