As an HR Data Analyst Apprentice, you'll learn how to turn raw people data into powerful insights—helping us make smarter, fairer and more effective decisions across our 4,000+ UK team.

Get stuck in from day one

You'll be working alongside experienced HR professionals and data analysts, getting hands on with real workforce data and reporting systems and learning how things work in the real world.

You'll build practical skills in data visualisation, HR metrics, dashboard reporting, data analysis and trends forecasting, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Every day will bring something different. You'll have the chance to learn, ask questions, try things out and build your confidence as you go.

And because you'll be learning on the job, you'll see the impact of what you do straight away.

Who are we looking for?

You don't need to know everything about HR analytics already.

We're looking for people who are curious, detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers. If you're the kind of person who enjoys solving puzzles, asking 'why?' and turning data into clear, simple stories, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll also have the opportunity to show us what you can do through a practical skills assessment, giving you the chance to demonstrate your natural ability and problem solving skills.
