The Role

Aveni Assist is our AI-powered platform for financial advice firms. It helps advisers and paraplanners automate documentation, improve compliance and spend more time with clients. We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to help new clients get live on Assist and make it part of how they deliver advice every day.

You'll work with firms from the moment they sign, learning how they run their advice process and configuring Assist to match: from suitability report templates to the quality assurance criteria their compliance teams rely on. If you've worked as a paraplanner or in a similar role and want to use that knowledge to shape how AI is adopted across the advice market, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running discovery with clients to understand their objectives, advice processes, documentation, CRM workflows and quality assurance frameworks, and turning these into clear requirements and deliverables.

• Creating and managing implementation plans covering milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and timescales, and acting as a primary point of contact for your clients.

• Building, configuring and refining AI-driven document templates so outputs match each firm's structure, style, regulatory expectations and internal standards.

• Working with clients to define quality assessment questions, scoring criteria, evidence requirements and edge cases, then coordinating testing and refining the configuration.

• Acting as the link between clients and Aveni's Product and Engineering teams, coordinating technical readiness and helping investigate issues.

• Supporting user onboarding with our Enablement team, coordinating go-live readiness and providing early-life support before handing over to Customer Success and Support.

• Gathering usage data and client feedback, sharing product insights with Product and Engineering, and contributing to our implementation playbooks and the Assist roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within a financial planning or wealth management firm.

• A strong understanding of suitability reports, advice processes, CRM systems, adviser-client conversations and FCA-regulated environments.

• Experience working with clients in a SaaS or software environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence leading client calls, workshops and training sessions.

• Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at once.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving, particularly around advice documentation, data accuracy and regulatory requirements.

• Comfort learning and configuring software, and an adaptable approach to taking ownership in an evolving environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

• Experience using AI tools or digital platforms.

• Experience supporting client onboarding, implementation, change management or an early-stage product rollout.

• Experience planning or supporting user acceptance testing.

• Familiarity with software configuration, technical analysis or CRM integrations.
