Are you a reliable, experienced Kitchen Assistant looking for rewarding work with excellent pay? Advantage Angels is hiring dedicated temporary Kitchen Assistants to support care homes and healthcare providers across West Sussex, and the surrounding area

Your Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital part in the kitchen, supporting chefs in preparing delicious, nutritious meals. This includes:

• Supporting chefs with daily kitchen tasks

• Washing dishes and cooking utensils

• Keeping the kitchen and serving areas clean, hygienic, and compliant with health and safety standards

• Maintaining a high standard of infection control and adhering to the Food Standards Act 1999

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a catering role

• The right to work in the UK

• A strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen health and safety practices

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• A positive attitude and a high level of reliability

• A driving licence is preferred but not essential
