Job description
Join our Employment Rights team as a Support Assistant, where you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative and solicitor support. You will work closely with lawyers handling employment rights matters, helping to ensure cases are progressed efficiently and clients receive a responsive and supportive service. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
We are looking for someone who can work independently in a busy environment, proactively managing their workload and meeting deadlines accurately. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Employment Rights team, including drafting correspondence and preparing legal forms and documents for clients, tribunals, courts, and third parties.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, as you will be responsible for extracting, checking, and interpreting key information from case files. Strong communication and client care skills are essential, including the ability to deal sensitively and professionally with clients who may be vulnerable or distressed.
You will need to be confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems quickly. Full training will be provided on the firm’s internal systems and employment rights processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who is committed to delivering a high standard of support within a legal environment. You will provide comprehensive administrative assistance across a wide range of tasks, supporting lawyers on a varied employment rights caseload, including complex and high-profile matters.
You will work collaboratively with the wider Employment Rights team and support colleagues, playing an important role in helping the team deliver the best possible outcomes for the clients we represent.
