TITLE: Marketing Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Senior Strategic Campaign Manager

ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

Support the planning and delivery of Marketing activity across channels, helping to coordinate campaigns, activations and key Marketing initiatives. Support the wider team with the Marketing calendar, campaign administration, asset coordination and stakeholder communication, ensuring activity is delivered smoothly and to agreed timelines. Build strong relationships across the team and wider business, contributing to an organised and collaborative Marketing function.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Senior Strategic Campaign Manager in maintaining brand consistency across campaigns and content, ensuring creative and copy align with brand guidelines. Coordinate campaign requirements, timelines and deliverables to support effective execution across relevant channels.
Maintain and update the Marketing Calendar, ensuring key dates, campaign activity, milestones and deliverables are accurate and communicated across the wider Marketing team. Coordinate campaign information, instructions and assets with relevant stakeholders to ensure teams have what they need to deliver activity effectively.
Support the planning, scheduling and execution of digital activations and campaigns, working closely with the Senior Strategic Campaign Manager and wider Marketing team. Manage project briefs, asset requirements and approvals, ensuring activity is delivered to agreed specifications and timelines.
Support Local Area Marketing activity, building relationships with retail centre management and identifying relevant local opportunities. Coordinate the delivery of agreed initiatives in line with campaign priorities, brand guidelines and available budgets.
Build strong working relationships across Marketing, PR, Digital, Retail and wider business teams, supporting effective communication and ensuring relevant stakeholders have visibility of campaign requirements, deadlines, assets and deliverables.
Maintain and organise Marketing assets and campaign information, ensuring relevant files, briefs, guidelines and deliverables are accurate, accessible and up to date.
Work proactively and collaboratively as part of the wider Marketing team, taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and supporting additional Marketing projects and activities as required.
Consistently monitor and record competitor and industry activities to help inform future campaign plans.
Ensure all activity with brands adheres to GDPR policies.
Work with own initiative and as part of the wider team.
Carry out further duties as required by the Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Hybrid working: Ability to travel to the J4/NSQ office at least twice a week.
Travel: Flexibility to attend events and activations across the UK and Republic of Ireland as required. This is not expected to be frequent and may be around once a month.
Marketing mindset: A genuine passion for marketing, with a keen interest in the latest industry trends, conversations and developments.
Gen-Z awareness: A strong understanding of Gen-Z culture, behaviours, interests and what resonates with this audience.
Footwear knowledge: Good knowledge of footwear brands and a genuine interest in the footwear industry.
Team player: Willingness to get involved, collaborate and contribute across the wider team and department.
Project management: Demonstrable experience managing projects from planning through to delivery.
A strong drive to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
