THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive People Partner to join our People Team, based at Lymn Bank Farm in Lincolnshire.

Lymn Bank Farm is a specialist Heler Foods site focused on premium waxed cheese, cheese bites, flavour development and innovative cheese formats. It combines specialist equipment and high-quality production with a strong focus on quality, consistency and customer requirements.

As People Partner, you’ll play an important role in supporting the site and its leaders, building strong relationships with managers and colleagues and providing practical, people-focused advice that helps the business and our people thrive.

This is a predominantly site-based role, giving you the opportunity to become a visible and trusted member of the Lymn Bank Farm team and make a genuine difference to the colleague experience.

We’re looking for someone to work around 30 hours per week, although we’re happy to discuss flexible working arrangements to suit the right person.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with managers and leaders to provide expert advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations matters.
• Support and coach managers through absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues across Lymn Bank Farm, acting as a trusted and approachable point of contact for people matters.
• Coach and develop managers, helping them build confidence and capability in managing their teams effectively.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development and succession planning activities.
• Work alongside the wider People Team to deliver people projects, organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use people data and trends to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, retention and colleague experience initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
• Contribute to creating a positive culture where our values are visible in everything we do.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a confident and experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving people challenges and providing practical advice that makes a difference.

You’ll bring:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification – essential.
• Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor, HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations and people processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to influence, coach and challenge constructively at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational or manufacturing environment.
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
