Job description
- Lead the maintenance, extension and feature development across all facets of our software’s backend, with the opportunity to work on all layers of the application, including AWS infrastructure
- Architect and implement new software solutions, leading the overall structural design and fostering engineering best practice within a small team
- Collaborate closely with our design, front-end, and client-facing teams
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to Huguenots’ growing backend team

- You have 10+ years’ experience in professional Python development, with at least 5 years of experience working with Django specifically
- Mastery of the full product development life cycle
- Proven experience tackling and, where necessary delegating, large, complex tasks, whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail
- A confident and positive communication style with an ability to guide and inspire more junior team members
