Working hours: Full‑time

An established creative event production company is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of high‑impact live events, brand activations and immersive experiences. Working from their large Surrey production facility, you’ll act as the central link between clients, designers, workshop teams and suppliers, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial brief through to on‑site delivery. This role suits someone confident managing timelines, budgets and communication across multiple stakeholders, with strong organisational skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Project delivery — Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional quality.

  • Client communication — Act as the primary client contact, providing updates and managing expectations.

  • Scheduling — Build and manage project schedules, production plans and live event timelines.

  • Team coordination — Coordinate internal teams (design, workshop, operations) and external suppliers.

  • Budget management — Manage budgets, purchase orders and cost tracking.

  • Risk management — Identify risks early, solve problems proactively and escalate when needed.

  • On‑site support — Support production build, transport, installation and live event delivery.

  • Documentation — Maintain accurate briefs, plans, approvals, running orders and post‑project reports.

We need someone who is:

  • Experienced in project management within events, experiential, production or creative environments

  • Confident managing budgets, suppliers and multiple project schedules

  • Strong in communication, both client‑facing and internal

  • Highly organised, detail‑driven and calm under pressure

  • Knowledgeable about the production lifecycle from planning to live delivery

  • Technical production experience (AV, staging, builds, logistics) is desirable but not essential
