Senior Product Manager Pro Onboarding

You will own the end-to-end Pro onboarding experience, from a client's first landing through their first trade. You will analyze funnel performance and customer needs, identify friction, design improvements that build trust, and work with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship personalized onboarding improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Kraken Pro onboarding experience
• Assess onboarding-funnel performance and drive UX improvements
• Understand customer needs during their first days
• Analyze onboarding data to identify friction points and drop-off points
• Design onboarding experiences that build trust
• Improve the time to a client's first trade
• Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements
• Use AI to identify friction, predict drop-off, and personalize onboarding paths and messaging

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Experience with onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX work
• User experience knowledge
• Data analysis and funnel analysis skills
• Ability to define success metrics
• Written and verbal communication skills
• AI tool fluency
• Knowledge of crypto and trading
