About the Role

The Senior Project Manager leads complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication. The position contributes to successful project delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Own delivery of assigned projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address risks or delays.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, customer expectations, and contractual requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, procurement, and external partners.
  • Facilitate meetings, reviews, and communication to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues impacting project delivery.
  • Ensure clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support alignment between project outcomes and broader business objectives.

Risk Management, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and project standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and audit-ready records.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution processes.
  • Support standardization of project management tools, methods, and best practices.
  • Analyse project outcomes to identify lessons learned and improve future performance.

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 7 - 12+ years of experience managing projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
