· A proactive, flexible attitude with a genuine passion for infrastructure

What’s on Offer:

· A structured progression path to Senior and Associate levels

· Ongoing support with professional development and chartership

· Highly competitive salary with regular reviews

· Flexible hybrid working and a strong focus on work/life balance

· Generous holiday allowance + buy/sell options

· Private healthcare and Employee Assistance Programme

· Volunteering days and community engagement programmes

· Opportunities to work on nationally significant, long-term projects
