Mimi Mei Fair & Miko Mei Fair are looking for an ambitious and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house team in the heart of Mayfair.

About Us

Located in the heart of Mayfair, our unique destination brings together two exceptional dining concepts under one roof.

Mimi Mei Fair is an upscale Chinese restaurant offering elegant cuisine in a beautiful, opulent setting inspired by Chinese heritage and artistry.

Miko Mei Fair brings a fresh, modern take on Thai cuisine, with fire-led cooking, bold flavours and a vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example on the floor, support your colleagues and gradually take on more management responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management team with day-to-day restaurant operations

  • Leading the team on the floor and ensuring excellent service standards

  • Handling guest requests, feedback and complaints confidently

  • Supporting team briefings, training and onboarding

  • Ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for service

  • Assisting with cash handling, EPOS and closing procedures

  • Maintaining strong menu, wine and allergen knowledge

  • Encouraging sales and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Ensuring health & safety standards are followed

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a similar senior front-of-house role

  • Is ready to take the next step into a supervisory or management position

  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service

  • Is confident, organised and comfortable leading by example

  • Has strong communication skills and a positive, hands-on attitude

  • Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a busy team

  • Is eager to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities

Experience in a premium or fine-dining restaurant is highly desirable, but previous management experience isn't essential – we're more interested in your attitude, potential and willingness to grow!

What We Offer
  • Career progression opportunities within a growing hospitality group

  • Ongoing training and development

  • Staff meals on duty

  • Employee discounts across our prestigious Mayfair restaurants

  • A supportive and welcoming team environment
