Kudos Kalibre is an investor-backed startup led by a founder with a strong finance background — and we're hiring our very first Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a rare opportunity to build a talent function from the ground up and grow with the company you helped create.

The role

As our founding talent hire, you will:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across our two core markets: Accounting & Finance and IT/Technology
• Build the talent function from scratch — sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, processes and employer brand
• Source, engage and place high-calibre finance and technology professionals
• Work directly with the founder — no layers, no committees, decisions made fast
• Shape hiring strategy as we scale, with a clear path to leading the function you built

About you

• Proven recruitment experience in accounting/finance, IT, or ideally both (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills — you know where great candidates are and how to win them over
• Commercially sharp: you understand what first-class finance and tech talent looks like
• Ambitious and self-directed — you want ownership, not just a job
• Excited by the pace and possibility of an early-stage, investor-backed business
