6 Months Fixed Term Contract

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll join the People Team at easyJet holidays. You'll focus on delivering recruitment across our Technology function, recruiting roles across areas including Product Delivery, Architecture, Data, Platforms, Development and DevOps. You’ll manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer and pre-onboarding, working closely with hiring managers throughout.

You will be responsible for\:

• Partnering with Technology leaders to understand their roles, skills requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Managing Technology vacancies from initial briefing and attraction through to assessment, interviews, offer and pre-onboarding.
• Building targeted sourcing approaches for roles across Product, Architecture, Data, Platforms, and Engineering.
• Proactively finding and engaging candidates through direct sourcing, advertising, talent mapping, candidate networks and referrals.
• Using your knowledge of the Technology market to identify where relevant talent can be found and choose the right sourcing approach for each role.
• Screening and assessing candidates and providing hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Building relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Keeping recruitment moving, providing clear updates and raising challenges or risks early.
• Creating a positive and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
• Using recruitment data and market insight to track progress and adapt your sourcing activity where needed.

What you'll bring to the team\:

• Previous Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting Technology roles, ideally across several different disciplines.
• A good understanding of Technology roles, skills and candidate markets.
• Strong direct sourcing skills, with experience finding and approaching candidates proactively.
• Confidence using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to build targeted candidate pipelines.
• The ability to understand new vacancies quickly and turn technical requirements into effective sourcing activity.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and functional leads.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns at the same time.
• A proactive and organised approach, with confidence managing your own workload.
• Strong candidate management skills and a focus on creating a positive experience.
• The ability to adapt your sourcing approach when it isn’t delivering the right candidates.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
