Job description

Can you deliver outstanding speech and language therapy, and lead a team that supports young adults with learning disabilities?

We are looking for someone to design and oversee our therapeutic services, including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, positive behaviour support and music therapy.

The role involves close collaboration with the education, residential care, and Inclusive Lives teams to embed communication-rich, person-centred practice across all residential and learning environments.

The charity will consider all reasonable requests for flexible working.

Permanent role - £35,353 - £39,237 per annum

Monday - Friday (8.45am - 4.45pm)

Term time only (48.2 weeks per year)
