What is in it for you:

• Salary: £40,000 to £60,000+ per year depending on experience and OTE bonuses
• Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing the efficient, profitable operation of our Service and Parts departments
• Managing departmental resources effectively to meet performance, sales, and financial goals
• Delivering top-tier customer satisfaction and handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone with care
• Leading genuine parts operations across our dealership territory for both Trade and Retail customers
• Implementing company and manufacturer procedures in collaboration with the management team
• Maintaining high standards while promoting genuine manufacturer parts

Requirements:

• Proven management experience within service and parts operations
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a professional and polite approach
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage departmental profitability
• Valid UK Driving License required
• Prior experience with brand-specific parts operations is a plus, but not essential

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Worthing, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Littlehampton, and Chichester.
