B2B Sales Manager – Retrofit & PropTech - 40% commissions

Compensation: 2.0% – 4.0%

Description: Ivynest is a decision platform for sustainable home retrofit, used before installation to compare options, justify decisions, and plan programmes at scale. We work with retrofit coordinators, housing providers, and installers to replace fragmented spreadsheets and guesswork with evidence-led planning — aligned to PAS2035 and built for the realities of the UK retrofit market. Our platform has already been adopted by leading industry players including Keegans and Potter Raper, and we're now scaling.

The role We're looking for a hungry, self-driven B2B Sales Manager to own and grow revenue across three key ICPs: housing associations & councils, retrofit coordinators, and retrofit installers/contractors. You'll be selling across all three segments, running the full sales cycle from outreach to close, and building relationships with the decision-makers who shape the UK's retrofit pipeline.

What we're looking for

• Background in energy retrofit, MEP, renewables, or a closely related sector
• Proven B2B sales track record, ideally selling to housing providers, councils, or construction/engineering consultancies
• Strong communicator who can hold a credible conversation with retrofit coordinators, asset managers, and senior procurement contacts
• Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
