About the role
We're currently recruiting a Receptionist to join Healthcare on a flexible, zero hours basis, working rotating shifts.
You'll be the first face people see and the first voice they hear, welcoming every visitor warmly and keeping front of house running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors
- Answering all incoming calls in a friendly manner
- Providing administrative support across a diverse range of areas
- Managing the ordering and distribution of office supplies
- Ensuring the office area is always kept neat and tidy
- Representing Healthcare and maintaining a positive brand image

About you
Our ideal Receptionist will:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be well organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Show a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Be an excellent team player
- Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
