Senior Solutions Engineer - Payward Services

You will partner with sales to run technical discovery, map customer architecture and compliance needs, design tailored solutions, and build proof-of-concepts. You will manage technical pre-sales work through handoff, document solution designs, transfer knowledge to implementation, and improve pre-sales playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery with prospective customers
• Map customer architecture, constraints, and compliance needs to the product suite
• Surface recurring customer requests and product gaps
• Design tailored solutions, customizations, integrations, and customer-codebase work
• Scope and build proof-of-concepts
• Own handoffs to the Implementation team
• Deliver proof-of-concepts, solution design documents, and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Execute and improve pre-sales playbooks, templates, standards, and handoff runbooks

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture at a B2B API or infrastructure company
